Ingredients:
- 2 cups of chilled water
- ½ cup of sugar
- 4 cups ice
- 1/3 cup of frozen fruit flavor
Preparation time: 5 minutes

- First place all the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend on high speed for 2 minutes until you get a smooth texture.

Ingredients:
- A fruit drink or any cold drink
- Ice cubes
- Salt
- 2 plastic bags
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Making Instant Slushies
- Pour fruit juice into the bag
First, pour the fruit juice into a plastic bag and make sure to have sealable plastic bags. - Put the juice bag into another plastic bag
Take the plastic bag from the first step filled with juice and put it into another plastic bag. - Add ice and salt.
- Continue by pouring ice and salt into the outer bag and sealing it from the top.
- After sealing the outer bag, shake it with your hands for about 3-4 minutes. While you’re shaking the bag, you’ll see the liquid drink into a slushie.
- After shaking the bag for 3 to 5 minutes, the slushy is ready to be served. Unseal the outer bag, take out the inner bag, open it and serve the icee slushie drink.
- (Add more Ice and Salt if necessary.)
If you’re not getting the texture you’d like, simply add a bit more ice and salt, it’ll get you the texture you’re after.
