Are you and your family members got completely bored of the same old drinks? Have your kids started complaining about the same boring drinks? I’m asking because that was the case with my kids, they were bored until I made them these delicious Strawberry slushies.

From the first time I made this, my kids fell in love with them, no more candy and other unhealthy snacks, only slushies, slushies, and more slushies!

Today I’ll share with you a very cool drink that my kids absolutely adore, these delicious strawberry slushies can be made in minutes and I promise you, your kids will be super happy.

Strawberry Slushie Ingredients

  • 3 cups of strawberries (washed and trimmed)
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 2 cups of ice
  • Lemon slices (for garnishing)
  • Mint Leaves (for garnishing)

Where to Get the Ingredients for a Strawberry Slush

You can get all these ingredients from the farmer’s market (usually the best place to get fresh, juicy and super tasty Strawberries, Raspberries, blueberries, huckleberries, blackberries).

If you don’t have a Farmer’s market nearby, there’s always the local supermarket, which is the next best bet.

Strawberry Slushie Recipe Preparation in a Slushie Machine

Step 1
Get your slush machine and start putting in all the ingredients.
Start with the 3 cups of washed and trimmed strawberries. Then, add 2 teaspoons of honey and 1 ½ cups of ice to it.

Step 2
Put on the lid and switch to the ‘SLUSH’ mode on the side of the Nostalgia Slush machine. Blend until smooth.

Step 3
Your delicious and colorful slush is ready for consumption! Pour the chilled mixture into glasses, garnish with a lemon slice and mint leaves, and serve immediately.

NOTE: You can add or subtract the amount of honey according to your taste to have a nice balance between tart and sweet. Also, the sweetness of the slush will depend on the sweetness of strawberries. The sweeter the strawberries the lesser the requirement for honey.

Strawberry Slushie Recipe Preparation in a Blender

Step 1
Get your high-speed blender or slush machine and start combining all the ingredients and putting them in the blender.

Step 2
Start with the 3 cups of washed and trimmed strawberries. Then, add 2 teaspoons of honey and 1 ½ cups of ice to it.
