Ever been to Universal Studios? It was one of my personal favorite trips as a kid, but now that I’m older I’m starting to realize that I wasn’t even a big fan of all the rides.
It was the delicious frozen lemonade that I loved so much, I remember protesting at home to go to Universal Studios, all because of the lemonade.
And now, 20 years later, I’m still a big fan of it. In fact, I make frozen lemonade for practically any special occasion or gathering. Sometimes I catch myself brainstorming what we could celebrate, just so I can prepare this delicious frozen lemonade slush!
However, one thing has changed since I was a kid, not with me (although I am turning older now), but with the slushies. I added something. I added an ingredient all adults love, booz!
Meet the delicious, boozy, Vodka Lemonade Slushies and here’s my special recipe, as well as step by step instructions on how to prepare them.

Vodka Lemonade Slush Ingredients
- 1 pint of ice (only when preparing in a blender)
- 1 cup of lemonade
- 1 cup of vodka
- 1 pint of lemon sorbet
Where to Get the Ingredients for Vodka Lemonade Slush?
Fortunately, all the ingredients required for the preparation of vodka lemonade slushies are super easy to get and find, they’re available at practically any supermarket.
Vodka Lemonade Slushies Recipe Preparation in a Slushie Machine
Step 1
Place the lemon sorbet, vodka, and lemonade into the slushie machine.
Step 2
Using the mix function, first off mix the ingredients, so all the liquids are thoroughly mixed.
Step 3
Place on the lid on the top of the slush machine and switch to the ‘SLUSH’ mode on the side of the VBENLEM 110V or any other slushie machine that you might be using.
Step 4
Wait for 3-5 minutes, so the slushie machine processes the liquid and turns it into a slush – aka the best-frozen drink of all time. 🙂
Step 5
Serve immediately, if you wait for a long time, the slush will melt and lose its incredible texture, thus we recommend that you either serve it immediately or preserve it using the “MAINTENANCE” function.

Vodka Lemonade Slush Preparation in a Blender
Step 1
Start by pouring the lemonade sorbet, lemonade, and vodka in the blender.
Step 2
Place on the blender cover and mix for about 30 seconds until all the liquids are mixed together well.
Step 3
Add the ice cubes to the blender and then periodically blend using the “PULSE” function on your blender.
Step 4
Stop when you get your desired texture and consistency and serve immediately.
